I began my career as a case manager and later advanced to facilitating Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) and aftercare services.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing. I help clients recognize unhelpful thought patterns, challenge negative beliefs, strengthen coping skills, and make meaningful, lasting changes.
